I’m so glad for the friends that I have. One best friend pushed me head first into the photography business and the other best friend (though slightly uncomfortable around cameras) always without question offers to be my test subject when I want to try a new lighting technique or am bored and want to shoot. Here are some of our most recent adventures. Normally I prefer to shoot in available light but am starting to get into the whole studio light thing. It’s great because it offers you control which is sometimes an issue when you are at the mercy of the sun and weather outdoors. (Edmonton = second coldest place in the world this weekend? What what what?) Stay tuned for more studio experiments in the future. If you’re interested in being a test model, give me a shout. I’m always looking for models.
